Dear MacDuff,

Thanks for the postcard! I'm having a great time still. Thanks for posting my letter, too!

Last week we didn't have school and I got to spend a week on the Pacific Ocean in my family's beach house! I also had an AFS orientation. It was neat to talk to other students from other countries & see how all our lives compare. Yesterday we all had to go to San Jose to get our fingerprints taken for our student visas. They also asked questions like, "Are your teeth natural?" We all laughed at that one. Then we got to go hang out and shop until our bus back home.

Oh, I took exams at school. My grades ranged from an 84 in math to a 48 in Spanish. It was all in Spanish, so that's pretty good.
